If you are having trouble with the form but have internet access, please email the general office account, office@freddowlingcoop.ca, instead of the manager.

The pink hard-copy forms are available in the laundry room and at the office door (put in mailbox).

Please be reminded that as a policy, our maintenance workers cannot do personal favours or take on private jobs for members outside of their work hours.

Please only contact a volunteer for a maintenance emergency after hours or on weekends or holidays that requires immediate attention, such as:
• Plumbing issues: an emergency includes an overflowing toilet, a plumbing leak causing water to rush, or a sewage problem. Shut off water if needed.
• No heat in the winter. On Call will contact our maintenance or HVAC contractor directly.
• Fire or death at the co-op: call 911 first, then let On Call know.

If the issue can wait till maintenance services resume at 8 a.m. the next business day, kindly send a work order instead.

To avoid being locked out of your unit, consider giving a copy of your key to a trusted friend or family member nearby. As a safety tip, do not label them with your address. Instead, consider including a special email address or other contact info that isn’t easily traced to you; as well as using the War Amps’ Key Tag Service.
