Eavestrough Cleaning

This work is weather permitting: if there is rain or high winds, we may need to reschedule.

The cleaning service will include removing all organic debris from the eavestroughs by hand on all levels and snaking all downspouts with a plumber’s snake to clear debris. Debris is to be bagged and placed behind the office and laundry six-plex buildings.

Access:
– No unit access is required.
– If you have a backyard, please ensure your gate is unlocked during the above period so the workers can reach the rear eavestroughs.
– You may want to move personal belongings you may have near the downspouts and eavestroughs so they are not damaged or in the way of the workers.
